📋 Recommendations & Tips

📱 Lock Screen Info Set your lock screen wallpaper with your name, a friend’s number, and your primary meetup point.
🧭 Group Roles Assign roles within your group so someone is always keeping track of timing, navigation, hydration, or check-ins.
🌲 Pre-Festival Routine Before heading in, eat a balanced meal with protein, carbs, and fats, drink 16–32 oz of water, and take 1 electrolyte packet.
🌙 Post-Festival Recovery After the event, consume electrolytes, fruits, yogurt, and get at least 4–6 hours of sleep.
💧 Hydration Timing Hydrate every 20–30 minutes during the event, especially if you are walking constantly or spending time in dense crowds.
📍 Meetup Planning Set meetup points and times ahead of time, including backup times in case messages arrive late or people get separated.
⏱ Grace Window Allow a 5–10 minute grace period when meeting others so no one leaves too early due to delays moving through crowds.
🕒 Message Timestamps Timestamp all messages for coordination so your group can tell whether a location update is current or delayed.
🍫 Fuel Consistently Snack or fuel every 1–2 hours to maintain stable energy instead of waiting until you feel depleted.
🗺 Offline Backups Screenshot all important info including tickets or QR codes, the map, set times, and meetup details.
🏔 Take Breaks Take breaks periodically to sit, reset, cool down, and reduce the chance of burning out early.
🎒 Bag Positioning In crowded areas, wear your bag in front to reduce the risk of theft and to keep essentials within reach.
🎧 Artist Priorities Create a list of must-see artists so you can pace your movement and avoid wasting energy deciding in the moment.
🔋 Battery Conservation Conserve phone battery by limiting unnecessary screen use and keeping essential information saved offline.
🌿 Crowd Entry Tactic Enter crowds from the far left or right and move diagonally toward the center instead of pushing straight in.
🚪 Escape Route Awareness Identify exit or escape routes when you enter a new area so you are not stuck if the crowd density changes.
⚡ Energy Management Manage your energy across the full weekend and avoid going all out on the first day.
🫶 Socialize & Enjoy Meet new people, connect with your crew, and stay open to the moment. Let loose, enjoy the music, and don’t overthink—some of the best experiences happen when you go with the flow.
